Information under Section 4(1) (b) of the RTI Act, 2005

ii.    JS(FSI) has financial powers upto INR 1,20,000 only.
iii.    Organisation chart vis-a-vis the procedure followed in the decision making process, including channels of supervision and accountability is given hereunder:

iv.    As per MEA rules and regulations.

v.    No such arrangement is required.
vi.    No such arrangement of boards, councils, committees and other bodies is needed. Ad-hoc committee if required for any purchase is constituted temporarily.
vii.    A directory of its officers and employees is provided in a separate Annexure.

viii.    Refer to the chapter 2.2, Page 36 of the report of the Sixth Central Pay Commission as published by Government of India in March, 2008. DA and other emoluments as per the extant rules of GOI are applicable. The officials get paid accordingly.
ix.    FSI does not have any agency and hence no budget allocated to the agencies. MEA has allocated below mentioned amount for FSI:

Year 2016-2017 : INR 12.00 Crores
Year 2017- 2018: INR 15.42 Crores
Year  2018-2019: INR 24.11 Crores

x.    There is no subsidy program being implemented by or running within FSI.
